1. Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the Minitak online shop between Legacy Shop (the Seller) and any person placing an order (the Customer). By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Products
Minitak sells a 1:3 scale miniature pistol replica keychain with a metal alloy body and a nylon grip. It is a decorative collectible to hang on keys or a bag, or to display.
- This item is not a weapon. It does not fire and has no function other than decoration.
- Because it is a realistic replica, it is intended for adults only and must not be given to children.
- Do not brandish or display the item in a way that could cause alarm. Do not carry it in cabin baggage or through places with security screening, where it may be confiscated.
- The Customer is responsible for checking that this item may be imported, owned and carried under the laws of their country.
Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color or finish may occur.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before the order is confirmed. Customs duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and are paid by the Customer.
The Seller may change prices at any time. The price applied is the one shown when the order is placed.
5. Orders
To place an order, the Customer selects the product, provides their details and confirms the order with payment. A confirmation e-mail is then sent to the Customer.
The Seller may refuse or cancel an order in the following cases: an abnormal order, suspected fraud, an existing dispute with the Customer, or a delivery destination where the product cannot legally be imported. Any amount already paid is refunded in these cases.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full when the order is placed, using the secure payment methods offered at checkout. The order is processed only after payment has been confirmed.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer when the Customer, or a person they designate, takes physical possession of the item.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days from receipt of the item to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer. Full details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the following guarantees:
- The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code), for 2 years from delivery.
- The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
To make a claim, contact support@minitak-shop.com.
10. Liability
The Seller is not liable in the following cases:
- Misuse of the product, or use contrary to its decorative purpose or to the precautions stated above.
- Confiscation of the item by security or customs authorities.
- Failure to perform the contract that is caused by the Customer, by an unforeseeable act of a third party, or by force majeure.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Minitak website, including texts, images and logos, is protected. It may not be reproduced without the Seller's prior written consent.
12. Personal data

If no satisfactory solution is found, consumers may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge, in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The mediator's details are available on request at the same address.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers residing in another country keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of their country's law. If no amicable solution can be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the applicable rules.
